Order Processing Details & Timelines

When you place an order with Vibe Geeks, we're committed to ensuring a swift and smooth delivery process. Here's a general breakdown of the timelines you can expect from ordering to delivery:

Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we've received your order in our system.

Order Processing:
Within [ "24-48 hours"], your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. During this time, our team ensures that the items are in stock and ready for dispatch.

Shipment Dispatch: Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details within ["24 hours"] of this step.

Transit Time: Depending on your location and the specific products ordered, the transit time can vary. Generally, you can expect:

How Do I Track My Order?

Order tracking is available for all international shipments at Vibe Geeks. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link will redirect you to a third-party application where you can monitor the status and progress of your shipment in real time.

For the best tracking experience, we recommend accessing the link from a desktop device. This ensures you get a comprehensive view of your order's journey and estimated delivery time.

If tracking has not been updated:

No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.

In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address

Received Wrong Order or DOA?

At Vibe Geeks, we understand the importance of ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Here's how we handle lost or damaged international shipments:

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide us with a detailed description of the damage, and if possible, include photographs. Once we verify the damage, we'll either send you the best resolution of the issue and do the needful based on your preference.

Lost Shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional few days as sometimes there can be minor delays due to customs processing or other external factors. If after this period your order still hasn't arrived, contact our customer service team. We'll investigate the matter, and if we determine that the package is indeed lost, we'll send out the best possible resolution of the issue and do the needful based on your preference.

Tracking and Communication: Always refer to the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email to monitor the status of your order. If the tracking information indicates any issues or if it hasn't been updated for an extended period, please reach out to us.

Responsibility: We take full responsibility for ensuring that your order is packed securely and handed over to reliable shipping partners. However, once the package is with the shipping carrier, certain aspects are beyond our control. Rest assured, we'll always work diligently to resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping:
Sent out on Mondays to Saturdays during business hours, excluding US National holidays

Orders typically ship 2-4 business days after being placed.

Split Shipped:

"Split Shipped" refers to an order that is divided into multiple shipments because the order contains items that are either located in different warehouses, have different shipping times, or are not immediately available for dispatch. Instead of waiting for all items in the order to be ready for shipment, parts of the order are shipped as they become available. This ensures that customers receive their products as quickly as possible rather than waiting for every item in the order to be ready for shipping.

For example, if you order three items and two are in stock while one is awaiting restock, the two available items might be shipped to you first, and the third item will be shipped separately once it becomes available. Each shipment will typically have its own tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of each part of your order.

In Case of wanting to change my order

Can I make change to my order:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:

Changing the item or size

Delivery/billing address

Adding/removing items to your order

Shipping method

However, there is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order either in your confirmation email, or in your account section, and hitting the 'Cancel Order' button.

Once this time has passed the order can't be cancelled, however you can return/exchange the items once delivered.

I think my address is wrong on the order: Input the incorrect address at checkout... Sadly, we can't change an address with the courier once the order is placed, however, it may be possible to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.

If for any reason your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you’ll receive an automatic refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse. You can keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.

Shipping Exclusions

We currently do not ship to the following places: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Bonaire, Cambodia, Central African Republic , Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
